Tyler J. Dubs founded Dubstone Capital Partners to acquire a select number of unique and well positioned hotels to ensure execution of the business plan and proper stewardship. Prior to forming Dubstone, Tyler gained extensive knowledge and experience in hotel asset management, underwriting, bespoke on the ground market research, and identifying value that others don't see. To date, Tyler, along with his other firm owns six Hilton hotels located in the Southeast U.S.

Tyler leads the firm's acquisitions and its work alongside partners, operators and brands, from the first conversation through the years of ownership that follow.

Charles M. Possino, Esq. serves as Director of General Counsel at Dubstone Capital Partners, bringing a background in commercial litigation, business advisory services, and strategic legal counsel. His experience representing corporate clients in complex disputes informs a practical approach to evaluating risk, protecting business interests, and supporting sound decisions.

Charles is the Managing Partner of Verum Law, PLLC, based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. His practice encompasses commercial and contract disputes, business entity formation, and counsel to entrepreneurs and growing businesses. He has represented corporate and insurance clients in matters involving breach of contract, indemnification, fraud, and professional liability, managing litigation from inception through settlement, dismissal, or trial. His experience includes advocacy in Florida state and federal courts and appellate proceedings.

Charles approaches legal counsel with an emphasis on careful analysis, clear communication, and aligning legal strategy with business objectives. He brings that perspective to Dubstone Capital Partners, helping the firm navigate legal challenges and pursue its long-term goals.
